Ochrad

Ochrad is a coastal land full of trading and factory work. Textiles and spices are a primary trade from Ochrad, though other regions often bring in other materials for trade as well. Those in Ochrad are often poor, but not as much so as other regions. Relying on trade, fishing and factory work, Ochrad economy is steadier than other regions, though its agreements with Grelach leave it suffering slightly.

Due to a war which ended some time ago, Ochrad is indebted to Grelach and gives a certain number of its trade and income to the Grelach ruler. Most who live in Ochrad work in factories, fishing villages and trade centers. Some who reside in Ochrad’s seaport cities are the families of sailors, who work carrying wares along the coast or are hired by Ochrad to explore untamed land for a small stipend.
